Improved Shipment Tracking with Hermine-Connect
One of the most significant innovations is the transfer of the recorded tracking number in the Hermine voice bot to depot employees via a web application called Hermine-Connect. This means that repeating the tracking number is no longer necessary, significantly simplifying and speeding up the process.
Delivery Date Change
Soon, it will also be possible to change the delivery date via Hermine. Hermine will access the choice-of-date-matrix to suggest an alternative date to customers, significantly relieving the depots as fewer manual changes will be required.
Switch to Large Language Model (LLM)
Another major milestone is the switch to the Large Language Model (LLM). With the launch of the LLM, Hermine will be able to answer up to 25 additional FAQs. The significant advantages of the LLM include:
- Increased accuracy: The LLM can answer more complex questions more precisely.
- Improved language processing: It enables more natural and fluid interaction with users.
- Expanded functionality: With higher capacity, more inquiries can be handled simultaneously.
24/7 Availability
The 24/7 availability of Hermine is also currently under review and is expected to be implemented soon. This would ensure that our customers receive support around the clock, significantly improving customer service. Additional benefits of 24/7 availability include:

- Faster problem resolution: Customer inquiries can be addressed immediately, leading to quicker problem resolution.
