Since 01.04.24, the renowned logistics company Jacky Perrenot is the new owner of our valued partner Agediss in France and BeNeLux.
With over 75 years of experience, the Jacky Perrenot Group has established itself as a leading provider in the transport and logistics sector in Europe. The company has a fleet of more than 6,000 vehicles, including 750 low-emission models (as of 2023). The group employs around 10,000 people and has over 170 branches across Europe, enabling it to offer differentiated and customised services. The two-man handling division under the name ‘JP Home’ is already active in France, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Luxembourg and Andorra, reaching over 250 million households in these markets.
Valuable insights were gained during a visit to our HUB and participation in the business conference. Philippe CUOC (Managing Director) and Benoit Lenoir (Commercial Director B2C) from Jacky Perrenot also had the opportunity to exchange ideas with other entrepreneurs and get to know our organisation better.
It became clear that both companies are working on similar topics and projects, such as e-mobility and the development of attractive products for the European market. We not only share similar challenges, but also see common opportunities, especially in the European cross-border business.
We are also very pleased that we will be connecting Belgium and Luxembourg to the network in August with our partner Agediss. This will enable us to expand our European network and offer our clients an extended portfolio. We offer better services for our clients operating in Europe and are further expanding our partnership with Agediss.
The central HUB in Tubize, which will be supplied several times a week from the HUB in Löhne, will serve as the starting point for the delivery routes that distribute the shipments centrally to the end customers in Belgium and Luxembourg.
