Carsten Meinders, Managing Director Sales, HUB & Transport

Carsten Meinders has worked successfully for Hermes in various positions since 2003 and has been responsible for “Integration and Services” for the Hermes Logistics Group Germany since 2006. Previously, the experienced logistics expert worked for Nedlloyd, Mercedes-Benz and Danzas, among others. Since October 2011, Carsten Meinders has been part of the management of Hermes Einrichtungs Service GmbH & Co. KG and is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Client Service as well as for HUB & Transport.

Michael Dildey, Managing Director Operations & IT

Michael Dildey has been serving as the Managing Director Operations at Hermes Einrichtungs Service GmbH & Co. KG since 2004. He oversees all matters related to logistics and control and is also responsible for the areas of IT an supply chain management .

Viviane Reichert-Brown, Managing Director Finance, Sustainability, People & Organizational Development

Since July 1, 2021, Viviane Reichert-Brown has been a member of the management board of Hermes Einrichtungs Service GmbH & Co. KG. She is responsible for topics such as innovation, internationalization, and strategic personnel development. The German native is also the CEO of Hermes France Holding SAS and Managing Director of Hermes Europe GmbH. Prior to her involvement with the Hermes Group, Viviane Reichert-Brown held leading positions at Palletways Europe GmbH in Zurich, the largest network provider for palletized freight in Western Europe, and the Dutch integrator TNT.
