We are looking for 2 new colleagues to support our depots in resolving deeper technical and application-specific issues quickly and efficiently or to support our internal employees as well as our main hubs (HUB) and warehouses in solving technical and application-specific challenges. We will determine which role suits you best in a personal conversation.
Your ToDos:
- You will handle support requests in the software and hardware areas. This includes classifying requests and troubleshooting. The 1st and 2nd level support is your playground!
- You will assist with monitoring and managing the technologies and software used in the company.
- You will also participate in projects related to your work area in the Service Desk. This includes implementing project requirements and conducting tests in the software and hardware areas.
- You will support your Service Owner by questioning IT Service Desk processes and contributing ideas for optimization
Your Profile:
- You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration.
- Ideally, you have professional experience in the IT Service Desk and are familiar with ticket systems (preferably Jira).
- Interacting with customers motivates you to find optimal solutions. Your strong communication skills and customer orientation support you in this.
