Your To-Dos:

  • In your new role as a Business Analyst, you will improve software development processes by successfully acting as an interface between requirements and implementation.
  • You will analyze, specify, and document logistics processes, developing conceptual solutions based on existing strategic and architectural frameworks that enhance our company’s quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • You will work closely with your stakeholders, such as departments, product owners, and software engineers, showcasing your communication skills.
  • You will confidently organize and lead workshops and meetings for requirement gathering and discussions.
  • You will collaborate closely with our development teams for the conceptualization of use cases, interfaces, and data models, among others.
  • You will utilize modern analytical tools and methods such as data analytics and process modeling to make informed decisions.

Your Profile:

  • You have completed a university degree with a focus on economics or technology or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have at least two years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a logistics-related IT environment.
  • You bring an agile mindset along with technical affinity and experience.
  • You enjoy communicating in German (minimum B2 level) and English.
  • You possess a high degree of initiative, analytical thinking, and an understanding of complex business processes.
  • Strong communication skills, confidence, teamwork, and a good sense of humor round off your profile.

Your Profile

  • Degree in business, sustainability, logistics, or a similar field, with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • A passion for sustainable and responsible action in international, culturally diverse environments
  • Pragmatic with a joy for quickly implementing ideas
  • Strong understanding of data and numbers, with the ability to explain complex relationships simply
  • Good strategic understanding and characterized by empathetic and convincing collaboration
