Shape the Transformation of HES
The Transformation Management Office (TMO) creates transparency, alignment, and execution power across the HES transformation journey. We consolidate strategic initiatives, make progress, risks, and dependencies visible, and support informed decision-making.
As a Transformation Manager (m/f/d), you will lead key transformation initiatives from concept to implementation. You combine strategic thinking with a strong hands-on mentality: you do not just analyze, but actively drive initiatives forward, remove obstacles, and ensure measurable results.
This position is initially limited to a 24-month term.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and further develop the transformation portfolio, including prioritization, sequencing, and resource alignment.
- Ensure transparent reporting of progress, risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
- Prepare decision-making materials for the Executive Board, steering committees, and senior leadership teams.
- Develop business cases, analyses, KPIs, and impactful management presentations and reports.
- Enhance governance structures, stage-gate processes, and decision-making frameworks.
- Evaluate new initiatives regarding strategic value, risks, and feasibility.
- Actively support implementation by removing roadblocks, connecting stakeholders, and consistently tracking progress.
- Facilitate workshops, steering meetings, and cross-functional coordination sessions.
- Support change management and communication activities to ensure the sustainable adoption of transformation initiatives.
Your Profile
- Completed university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in consulting, transformation management, PMO, program management, or portfolio management.
- Proven experience in managing complex strategy, change, or transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in project, program, and portfolio management, as well as working with KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in developing business cases, management presentations, and decision papers; confident user of Microsoft Office and AI tools.
- Analytical, structured, and pragmatic approach to work.
- Strong hands-on mentality, high level of personal accountability, and a clear focus on execution and impact.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
