Your ToDos:

  • Optimization and expansion of our reporting according to CSRD in close collaboration with experts from the Otto Group in Hamburg
    • Joint analysis and optimization of our data base and data collection
    • Introduction and establishment of new data collection and reporting processes
    • Support during external audits
  • Expansion of the fleet and charging infrastructure for fully electric commercial vehicles
    • Planning and further development of financing, procurement, and deployment of additional vehicles and charging infrastructure for our nationwide delivery network
    • Assistance in evaluating and developing operational and financing concepts in collaboration with operational teams
  • Assessment of sustainability concepts to improve our portfolio of measures for social and ecological responsibility, such as alternative drive concepts for commercial vehicles
  • Company-wide collaboration with the areas of Finance, IT, Operations, and Supply Chain Management, as well as internal and external stakeholder management
  • Networking in relevant communities to build a solid contact network and represent the company


Your profil:

  • Completed studies in the fields of Business, Sustainability and Environment, or Logistics, or a relevant vocational training
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • You are convinced of the necessity of sustainable and responsible action in companies and society
  • You bring your passion into your daily work, enjoy it, and are familiar with professional, intercultural environments
  • You are assertive, and your experiences enable you to connect planning and implementation effectively
  • You think strategically and lead people on a lateral level empathetically and convincingly
