Delivery to the Desired Location
HES Smart is the affordable entry-level delivery option from the Hermes Furniture Delivery Service. Large electrical appliances and TVs are delivered using 2-man handling to the customer’s home, just beyond the first locked door.
HES Smart offers cost-effective home delivery to just inside the first door, while HES Premium delivers to the desired location. Both services offer three preferred time slots, live tracking, and a phone call one hour before delivery.
Home delivery means that the goods are delivered just inside the first locked door, not simply to the curbside, but not to the final desired location as with HES Premium.
HES Smart is available for large electrical appliances, TVs and home cinema equipment.
Via the optional HES Plus Services, you can add premium delivery times, old appliance removal, an upgrade to HES Premium, assembly, installation, and a TV set-up service.
HES Smart is available to manufacturers and retailers with an annual shipping volume of 2,000 shipments or more.
