On tomorrow’s International Day of Tolerance, we want to emphasize the importance of valuing diverse perspectives and identities in the workplace. Tolerance towards other cultures and viewpoints not only fosters a harmonious work environment but also strengthens innovation and cohesion within our company.

But how does one practice tolerance? Viviane Reichert-Brown shares from her personal experience: “Diversity in the company is a great strength.
