You pay less than for classic two‑person handling and can still flexibly add many service options as needed. With the optional HES Plus Services, you or your customers can individually and modularly expand the service – for example with premium delivery times, old‑appliance removal, an upgrade to HES Premium (point‑of‑use delivery), assembly, installation, and TV setup service. This ensures that your customers receive exactly the service they need for their individual living and usage situation – and that fits their budget. The only thing we don’t deliver is pallets left at the curb.
